Posted : (Tuesday 26th February 2008 ) By - chris (Registered User)Are you an unaccompanied asylum seeker living in Manchester or surrounding Counties?

Are you under 18?

Or

Are you between 18-21 and facing issues with regard to your asylum claim and access to support?

We are here to help…

The Panel Adviser for Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children is running a Surgery Service at City Centre Project.
The next surgery dates are: 10th March, 7th April and 5th May 2008.

What can the Panel Adviser do for me?

Your Adviser can:

-Listen to your problems
-Help you to find a legal representative to help with your asylum application
-Help you when you have to see your legal representative or the Home Office
-Make sure you are protected and cared for
-Deal with organisations that provide services and support
-Make sure that those organisations listen to what you want and need
-Help you make contact with your family back home if you desire
-Help you to make contact with people here from your country if you want

An Adviser is chosen to work with people seeking asylum because he or she will understand what has happened to you and how to help. Your Adviser will not make you say or do anything you so not want to do.

You need to make an appointment to see us.
Either call or come to the office to book a time.
