Posted : (Tuesday 10th June 2008 ) By - Jane (Registered User)Awards of up to £1000 are available for community group projects in Greater Manchester from the Police Property Act Fund.
The funding is for projects that would create opportunities for children and young people to get involved in; promote safety and reduce the fear of crime amongst the elderly and vulnerable, including victims of crime, by providing support and advice; develop opportunities for improving community cohesion between people from different ethnic backgrounds; or assist in the prevention of crime within the local community.
