Urban regeneration company New East Manchester is offering free support to east Manchester adults who think they may be dyslexic.
Following diagnosis from a specialist tutor, participants can take part in a six-week programme of tailored one-to-one tuition. They can also attend a confidence building class or a one-day vocational taster course in areas such as art, photography or computing. Sessions will be held at the New East Manchester office at 187 Grey Mare Lane, Beswick or the Greenside Centre on Greenside Street in Openshaw.
Residents can also attend a drop-in session every Tuesday from 1 - 3pm at Newton Heath Sure Start Centre, where they can receive learning support.
