The Generation Project is a pioneering older people’s advocacy project in East Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training and inducting volunteers and matching them to duties.
Ability to work on own initiative and strong administration and interpersonal skills, along with a commitment to tackling disadvantage and a good understanding of the concerns of older people living in their own homes are essential for this post.
Experience of services run through volunteers is also desirable.
