The Cultural competency course aims to create awareness and understanding of the BME communities in England and their beliefs. The training enables participants to explore how culture and faith are manifested in a number of settings, whether work or personal and develop personal strategies that can be implemented when working across cultures. The course is suited particularly for people who are working with BME individuals in any field - public, private or voluntary and community sector.
