Are you a "Jack of all Trades?" We are currently recruiting for a reliable and talented property maintenance person to join our busy property maintenance team. This fast paced role is working in tenanted properties around Manchester City Centre and Salford Quays so requires someone who drives and is able to work on their own initiative. Duties will include:-

• Electrical repairs/installation 
• All general repairs / maintenance
• Fault finding 

Proven experience in a similar role is essential and Qualifications would be an advantage. Applicants must have a full clean driving licence, company vehicle will be provided. 
Hours Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6pm with a schedule for out of hours call outs, and alternative  weekends
